Devilbiss/Excell replacement pressure washer hose Review

Started to use my new Excell power sprayer for the first time. The hose that came with it is not very flexible, about like # 6 cable. It also is easily abraded. While trying to unwind the coiled hose it became lodged under the sprayer. After retrieving from the sprayer there were at least 10 areas that were damaged.This was the outer skin and I don't know if the abrasions will weaken the pressure ability.
The sprayer itself was very good. Excell would do themselves better if they furnished a better hose.
