Rated up to 5000 PSI, this reel holds 150ft. of 3/8in. high-pressure hose or 100ft. of 1/2in. high-pressure hose for pressure washers. Heavy duty 16 gauge steel with hubs and flanges all welded for strength. Comes equipped with 5ft. of 3/8in. feed hose. Adjustable spring brake prevents backlash. Hose not included. Simpson Monster 50-foot Pressure Washer Hose Rated For 4,000 PSI Non-Marring Abrasion Resistant For Cold Water Units with Quick Connect Fittings MH5038QC Review

The description states it comes with male and female quick connect fittings.Mine did not come with any.For this much money you should get fittings.The hose itself looks great and very durable.Much more flexible than my stock hose.
EDIT:I returned the original hose and amazon sent me another hose, this new hose still did not come with the quick connect male/female fittings.
I'm going to try writing the company.

Karcher 50-Foot Extension/Replacement HoseThis hose is NOT made by Karcher as implied in the ad.It did NOT fit the quick-connect ends on my new Karcher G-3025BH, even with the adapter.It DOES seem like a better hose than the 25 foot Karcher hose that came with the pressure washer.I am going to take the 2 hoses to the hardware store to see if they can make them work.My time, my gas....maybe the company that is implying that this non-Karcher hose fits Karcher stuff will pay for my parts at the hardware store?Naaaaa! It is not good business to deceive customers!
