I got theses for a back up too the ones i got with my karcher and they fit just like the ones that came with it. And it had the 15 degreewhich they do not give you with the unit .
Motor just hums when switched on, will NOT turn the pump. Stated rating is 115V 60Hz. Unit starting current is 37 amps with a nominal current of 12.4 amps @ 131 volts - per the unit's inspection specification sheet. Unit was plugged in to a 130 volts AC line with a 50 amp fuse. So far this has been a reliable product that has performed within its limitations.
Purchased elsewhere for $150.00,i used it to wash siding on home,car port concrete surface and a small boat. Total of approximately 10 Hrs.before the pump seized up and shut down the unit.STANLEY OWNERS MANUEL puts you in touch with GXI , the company that supplies the electric motor,pump, etc..for this piece of junk.They wanted me to send them the entire unit back to them and my credit card number and they would decide how to handle the problem which could cost as much as a new unit and all i wanted was for them to send me a new pump assembly.I have searched the Internet over and over and CAN NOT find a replacement.I WOULD LIKE STANLEY TO PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER WITH A PRODUCT THAT THEY COULD PURCHASE REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR.MAYBE A PRODUCT CUSTOMER SATISFICATION PERSON FROM STANLEY COULD HELP OUT HERE.I purchase a lot from Amazon because of their return policy and good pricing and they should know about this JUNK.I have seen documentation from people with the same problem.
Compact, well built,very long electrical cord, pressure is high enough to wash cars and things around the house. The hose could be of a better quality although it is acceptable. The water connection to the garden hose is not plastic but steel just like the connection for the high pressure hose. You are getting a good pressure washer for a very reasonnable price.
This works really well if you use it properly. You need a washer that has a soap dispenser that can be switched off and on. Mine is a Karcher and the soap is dispensed when the wand is set to low pressure. So use low pressure to put some soap on the car and then switch to high to do the wash. You can repeat this a dozen or so times before the soap runs out. Note that when you switch to high the soap that is already in the line comes out with the high pressure spray for a second or two. Don't waste that as the short blast can cover half the car quite easily. Hard to remove grime spots might need the wand to be held close to the car. The final results were great and the rain beads up on the car nicely so the wax finish works. Be sure to rinse off well at the end and use a chamois or whatever for a final dry off. the whole process didn't take long at all. I couldn't get the wheel rims clean though - they were really dirty before. Perhaps when they are manually cleaned, regular use of the washer will do the job.
My neighbor got a power washer and has been using it sprucing up his front yard.I decided that I needed one, too.This item was also listed on eBay, apparently by the same company.the price was reasonable in both locales, but eBay charged twice as much ($62)to deliver, compared to the Amazon offer.Go figure.It arrived promptly, carefully packed.Take care to review the instructions.The vendors really need to include a video.I got it connected and took it for a shakedown cruise.After about 20 minutes of use, I was very impressed.The force of the water was great for clearing away surface dirt, cobwebs, etc., from the side of the house.It responded promptly to the controls.

This is a great electric pressure washer.I used it to remove old paint from a deck and mildew from my home's siding.It took a while, but I was very pleased with the results.It had just enough power not to splinter the wood, and still do an adequate job of removing the paint. You can purchase other attachments on their website to make it more functional.I'm using it to power wash everything now, from my truck to the gas grill.I am very pleased with it.
After owning one Karcher for a little over a year, the pump base cracked and lost pressure.I use pressure washers about twice a week, for no more than twenty minute periods with intervals of about 20 seconds on, 20-30 seconds off.We had banged it around a little and figured it had barely served its time.I figured it was a fluke, so I bought another Karcher.I baaabied this one.It may have lasted a month, I'm not sure, but it certainly failed in the exact same fashion as before, cracked lower pump housing.Exact same spot too, hmmm poor engineering???
I had a very nice gas powered, 2,600 psi pressure washer for a few years. It had a Honda engine, and was insanely powerful.The downside: It took up too much room in my garage, the tires kept getting low because I didn't use it much, and it was loud.You are also not supposed to let the engine run when youaren't washing (wears out the pump), so if you want to use it to rinse off sections of your car while washing, you are constantly turning it off, then pull starting again.You also have the issue of the gas getting old if you don't use it, fumes, and the the exhaust gets hot so you need to keep your kids away from it. The pressure is so strong you need to be really careful too, it can damage some material.Bottom line....for my occasional, around the house use, it was overkill. I sold it to free up room in my garage, and figured I could live without one.
I'm definitely glad we got the more powerful washer, although I might have been a bit happier with something even a little more powerful.
I bought this to do light washing of my porch and patio.I've used larger, gasoline powered washers in the past, and those types of washers have quite a bit more power, but they are a pain to store, maintain, and move around.This little guy stores easily, is quick to set up and move, and blasts dirt, berries, and bird poop off my patio with no problems.It has an attachment for detergent, but I haven't used it yet. Unlike some other pricier washers, it does not have interchangeable tips, just a universal tip that adjusts from fine stream (most powerful) to spray.I wouldn't buy this for professional use (or even to clean all the siding in your house), but for small occasional jobs, it is great.

I bought one of these a year ago. The high-pressure outlet that the wand attaches to is made of plastic and turns at a 90-degree angle to exit the case. After a year of service the unit started spraying water inside the case. The right-angle plastic piece had developed a crack right at its weakest point. This is a very bad design mistake on their part.
I've had a consumer grade Karcher electric pressure washer for a number of years, and the one listed here is no different.It has served me faithfully for many years until yesterday, when I stepped on the input garden hose just in front of its input hose bib - crack!! (*&#$*&(*&#$
I received this product about two weeks ago.I had a little trouble connecting the pressure hose, but once my husband helped it all worked.It did a good job removing moss from my flagstone deck and is easy to use.
The benefit of the SoapPac is that they are very easy to use - you just drop them into a bucket of water and gently agitate prior to using. The SoapPac lathers well and has a pleasing but-not-to-strong scent. I will also second the recommendation that for best results it is best if the soap has time sit and work. This is not difficult on cloudy days, but it will be much more difficult on a warm sunny day.
This product arrived quickly and in good condition.The set-up was strait forward and easy.The pressure washer worked GREAT for about 15 minutes, and then it lost pressure.Per the trouble-shooting section of the instruction manual, I checked all the connections to make sure none were sucking air, and then I tried again, but the unit still would not create any water pressure.I phoned the manufacturer and was given the same advice (check the connections), so I did that again without luck.Frustrated, I set it aside and tried again today.This time I wrapped thread seal (plumber's tape) on the threads of the connection between the wand and the pressure hose.I also replaced the gaskets in the inlet hose; however, the fourth time was not a charm - the unit's motor ran and the water flowed, but with no more pressure than a garden hose.It's heading back for a refund.
I did a lot of research on electric power washers and this brand seemed to have really good professional reviews.I chose this particular model because of the long power cord and the long high pressure hose.As extra bonuses you also get 1900 pounds of pressure and everything wraps up nice and neat on the unit.My only concern is the plastic connection for the hose.I wish they would have used brass or steel like what they have on the high pressure connection.I've tested the unit for about three hours.I washed a couple of windows; did a great job.I cleaned my tiled patio; got the dirt out of the grout.I cleaned my car; got most of the dirt, but even a 3000 psi unit can't get it all, it's just a basic fact you have to use some elbow grease to get road scum off.I also tried it on my fence to clean off dirt and moss build up; didn't do such a good job but then again it is a 1900psi unit and for wood you really need at least 2600psi.For that you need a gas unit and I really don't want to deal with the mess, the loud noise, and the maintenance.I'm really happy with this unit so far, I just hope it doesn't break after a couple of uses like I heard from reviewers of other brands.
