I just purchased the T-100 surface cleaner at Lowe's.I don't know if it was on clearance but it was very inexpensive so definitely worth trying.First, let me say that the instructions say this is not a scrubber so if you need scrubbing this won't be the product for you.It is also not a commercial product.
I first used the T-100 on my cement driveway which is painted.It did a very good job but since the cement wasn't that dirty the results were not a good test.I moved on to cleaning my pavers which were black with mildew and the T-100 got rid of that mildew in short order.My pavers are close to a fence and in the past when using a pressure washer wand the sand has been blown out of the paver crevices and stuck all over the fence which created another cleaning job.Not so with the T-100--it keeps all debris on the ground and not over your fence, your walls, and you, so for this benefit the T-100 is great.
After using the T-100 on my pavers I moved on to my patio area which has large cement stone squares with a pattern indentation and also has some popcorn stone squares.The T-100 did an excellent job on the cement squares with the pattern even cleaning out the indented pattern area.It did not do well on the popcorn-type squares but I did not expect it to do well since dirt accumulates down into the popcorn-like material and is difficult to get out even with the strong power washer wand.I hate those popcorn things--they gotta go!I also have a small smooth cement slab by the back door which had a lot of mildew and the T-100 cleaned it with no problem and kept the walls and door from flying debris and water.I rinsed all the cement off with my garden hose or the vario attachment to my Karcher pressure washer after I was done with the T-100.I still have stains on some of the cement and I think those stains are due to fertilizer dropping on it and probably requires a chemical to clean up.One thing I would do differently next time is to be sure to blow all the debris off the patio first and make sure there are no small pebbles or rocks since they could damage the turning spray arms in the T-100 which are plastic.
My next chore was cleaning a painted wood deck.I was hoping the T-100 would not remove the paint--it didn't and it left everything nice and clean.In the past I have cleaned the deck by scrubbing it on my hands and knees so the T-100 made that chore a breeze and was done in a fraction of the time.
I live in Florida and after a daily rain for a week or so we get a lot of black mildew on driveways, walkways, and patios.The mildew can be removed with the power washer using the high pressure wand but it is slow going since the wand's spray does not cover as much surface area at a time as the T-100 does and using the wand results in dirty water on nearby walls, windows, plants and on you.
Bottom line:Benefits of the T-100 are 1) covering a larger surface at a time and 2) not spraying debris all over fences and walls and 3) time saver.These benefits are well worth the small price I paid and makes it a great value to me and a terrific accessory to my home use pressure washer.
I am a 72-year old grandmother and using this T-100 is a no brainer.The extension pieces snap together easily and if you have the storage space you don't have to take it apart--just put it away and it will be ready for your next use.I bought a second T-100 for my daughter and can't wait to hear how she likes it.

I found Karcher pump guard very easy to use, with it's threaded fitting that screws into the intake of the pressure pump.I thought it was pricey when I ordered it, but I will get multiple uses, since it didn't use up all the anti-freeze in the bottle with one use.
Ordered the brush to clean vehicles.Works great!!!!Spins well and floods surface with water and soap.Only draw back I saw is I had to figure out what adaptar I needed to attach it to my cleaning wand.
I had this pressure washer sitting brand new and unused in my garage for nearly two years when I finally got around to using it.I had a problem with it where after starting the engine I'd get high pressure for about 3 seconds and then the water flow would stop altogether, while the engine kept running.I called the 800 number in the manual, and they put me through to an engineer who knew what the problem was - a "check valve" near the outlet hose that got sticky after the item sat unused for two years.He walked me through how to remove the valve and clean it up, and after that it worked like a charm, and has since then.The tech guy was obviously intimately familiar with every nut and bolt on this machine, and could immediately diagnose and clearly explain how to fix the problem.He offered to send me a new valve no charge, but it wasn't necessary.The Honda engine starts easy every time.I wouldn't have thought to review this product, but I was so impressed with the tech support that I just had to give some credit where it's due.
It is so refreshing to purchase a product that is quality built and does everything and more than you asked for. This water broom saves time and money and most importantly, does a magnificent job. Just make sure that the water broom is the correct one for your particuar power washer,match the PSI AND GPM to the spec's for your particular power washer, if your not sure ask before you order, don't make the mistake of buying the wrong size water broom and then finding that your power washer does not have sufficient power to make the water broom work correctly.
Previously it took me about 3.5 hours to clean my driveway. Now it takes just over an hour. But best of all my back doesn't hurt!!!
I bought a surface cleaner from a "big box" store that was lousy. It broke halfway into the first use.
this item makes short work of cleaning leaves and dirt from garage floor and driveway...
The 24' telescoping wand for a pressure washer worked fine except for the spray nossel not always locking into place (even with a concerted effort), and I was not able to retract the telescoping end piece.
I bought this wand for the sole purpose of using it to clean out my gutters.While the concept seems good, it didn't really work out like I had planned, probably because I'm pretty new to the whole gutter-cleaning thing.
I have to admit that maybe I was expecting too much from these brushes.I thought that with the power generated by the pressure washer the brushes would spin MUCH faster.But it appears that the nozzle controlling the water flow and the gearing is set to keep the spin rate down.This may be fine for use on something with a fine finish like a car, but I was hoping to use it to clean the patio furniture, siding, etc. and I think that it could benefit from higher RPM's for these tasks.
This surface cleaner made easy work of a deck that usually takes me hours to clean.It was strong enough where it removed the grime that built up all winter, but gentle enough not to damage my wood. I fully reccomend this for anyone who uses a pressure washer and cleans large surfaces; between that and my PWS1750 unit, I can not be happier with how easy it has been to clean my backyard....and that is just the beginning!
I expected the brushes to be of higher quality. They do not clean as good as certain brushes you can find in a car wash. If the brushes come with a universal mount kit, there is only one so each time you have to unmount and remount on the other brush.
It will work good but the quick coupling to the long wand is useless if you need to extend the wand at all. And they give you a coupling to attach it directly to the wand but it has the wrong threads. (Male instead of female). I had to buy my own @ an additiional $5.50. I emailed them but there was no response.
Had a decade of dirt, grime and green stuff accumulated on large concrete driveway and sidewalks.Using the normal nozzle tips of the pressure washer worked, but ultimately impractical due to the tedious time required.This surface cleaner worked like magic in a fraction of the time.It is light and easy to use without straining the arms.It leaves a smooth, uniformly clean finish.And it was even fun.Felt a bit like fixing pictures in Photoshop or using a Paint program, as the unit so smoothly changes the color as it sweeps along!
